TIPS FOR A HOME PEDICURE

Cut nails into a perfect shape. Remove rough skin properly. Treat your feet to intensive moisturisation.

HOW TO REMOVE ROUGH SKIN

Regular foot care will help to keep rough layers of skin thin, soft and smooth.

Follow these three simple pedicure tips to get rid of rough skin:

1. START WITH A WARM FOOT BATH

Add some Deep Sea Salts to a warm soaking footbath to soften your feet and make it easier to remove dry skin. Soak your feet for 15 minutes.

2. GENTLY REMOVE ROUGH SKIN

Firstly, remove dead skin particles with an Exfoliating Scrub. Then gently scrub the roughest areas of skin with a pumice stone or a Foot File.

3. LOCK IN MOISTURE
After removing rough skin, it’s important to moisturise well. Use a Massage Lotion, or a Foot Cream, or even better: go deeper with a treatment and apply Collagen Peppermint Socks or Collagen Deluxe Socks or Keratin Socks, they are amazing and available by sachets. Put these Socks on and let the magic happens!  This will give you the top results by regenerating a healthy beautiful smooth skin and improve circulation.
In the evening, simply apply a thick layer again of the intensive and nutritive foot cream you've used before and pull on a pair of cotton socks. Let it absorb overnight and wake up with beautifully soft feet the next morning.
This ritual & the repeats of this foot care will regenerate the moisture of your skin and combat the formation of new rough layers.
And don’t forget - if you want to avoid a lot of rough skin building up again, make sure you wear shoes that fit you properly. It's also a good idea to alternate the type of shoes you are wearing, as air and sun (with moderation) is also important on the skin on top and under your feet.
