No. Once Nail Dollars are turned into a code, the code is yours to keep. It doesn’t expire and sits under Your rewards in the panel, so use it on your next order. Lost it? Email [email protected] and we’ll resend it.

Checkout takes one discount code per order, so a reward code and a promo code can’t be entered together. Sale prices already showing on the site still apply.

Yes, but only after 12 months with no earning or spending. Your balance stays active for 12 months from the last time you earned or spent Nail Dollars. Logging in doesn’t reset it, but any order, redemption or social action does. Expiry started on 24 September 2026, so nothing can expire before 24 September 2027. We email you 30 days before and again 3 days before, and your expiry date shows in the rewards panel.

Tiers are based on the Nail Dollars you earn within a calendar year (1 January to 31 December), not the balance you’re holding. Earn 1,500 in a year for Queen, 5,000 for Expert and 13,000 for Lover. Once you reach a tier you keep it for the rest of that year and the whole of the next. To keep it after that, earn the tier’s Nail Dollars again in the following year, otherwise your tier moves down. Each tier’s gift is issued when you move up to it. Your rewards panel shows how far you are from the next one and the date your status runs to.

Nail Dollars are added once an order is paid and attach to the email on the order. Checked out as a guest? Sign in with that same email and they’re there. Used a different email? Send your order number to [email protected] and we’ll take a look. Trade accounts don’t earn Nail Dollars (see below).

No. Courses are fixed price and don’t take discount codes. Nail Dollars are redeemed on website product orders, so save them for your next supplies order.

Your rewards panel has a personal referral link. Share it with someone new to NSI (no previous account or order with us, including guest orders) and they get $10 off their first order of $50 or more. Once they’ve bought, a $10 off coupon for an order of $50 or more appears in your rewards panel too.

No. Refer a friend is the link in your rewards panel, and you both get a $10 off coupon. The Ambassador programme is for nail techs and creators who want their own code to share, with referral credit towards free products. Join the Ambassador programme.

No. Trade accounts get trade pricing as they shop instead, so they sit outside Club NSI Rewards: a trade account doesn’t earn or redeem Nail Dollars. Not trade yet? Salon and trade accounts are free to apply for.

Sign in with your email and you’re a member, no password needed. Your welcome Nail Dollars (300 for signing up plus 300 for entering the Babe tier) are added when your account is created, and orders placed with that email earn 4 Nail Dollars per $1.
