Our website has been designed to give you the option to sign up for an account to enable you to place orders with ease and track their progress.
We are not able to change your order or alter your order with Shopify. Contact us if you have done something wrong, we will advise you on the fix.

Minor variations will occur from time to time and actual product may vary slightly from depicted pictures and photos on the website - colors & pixels depends on screen quality. Select carefully for the freight methods of your order, as once a payment has been completed, the order cannot be changed, altered, canceled or refunded.

Portable and Battery Items
All Portable and Battery operated items and equipment must be charged and used by their correct and matching provided chargers and plugs.
Return Policy Faulty or Damaged Goods
NSI Australia takes care to ensure all items are checked, tested and packed safely and securely for their journey to you.
In the unlikely event of your goods being faulty we will decide to either replace these goods, or organise a refund.
The faulty or damaged goods must be returned to us for proof and claim. Goods must not have been used and must be returned in their original packaging.
Exchange Returns
Make sure to provide us with your Invoice Order number for us to assist with any enquiry you may have for a return.
Products can be returned up to 21 days after purchase and must be returned in new and unused condition in original packaging.
All returns are provided back as store credit.
