Is there a fee for a trade account?
No. Trade accounts are free, with no membership fee and no minimum order to keep the account open.
Who can apply?
Salons, mobile nail techs, home studios, beauty clinics, educators and TAFE students with an ABN. If you are studying and do not have an ABN yet, call us on 07 5537 5550 and we will sort out the best option for you.
How long does approval take?
Approval is automatic. Your ABN is checked against the Australian Business Register the moment you apply, and if it is active your trade pricing switches on straight away, with a confirmation email to follow. No ABN yet? You can still open an account and add your ABN any time to unlock trade pricing.
How do I see trade prices?
Once approved, log in with the email you applied with. Wholesale pricing shows automatically on core nail supplies, so you order the same way you always have, just at trade rates.
Can I use promo codes on trade pricing?
Trade pricing is already the best rate we offer, so retail promo codes do not stack on top of it. Trade accounts get their own offers by email instead.
Where do you ship from and how fast?
Every order ships from our Gold Coast warehouse, dispatched within 1-2 business days. Most metro areas on the east coast see their order within 48 hours.
