NSI Nail System International is manufacturing and selling nail products all over the world.
NSI Australia assumes that customers purchasing from this store have prior knowledge and/or experience regarding proper use of products sold in this store.
When using products sold in this store, note: We are not responsible for your misuse or your inappropriate use of products. We are not responsible for your steps to use, techniques or any end results with the products you have used. We are not responsible for any reactions or allergies you may have ~ seek medical assistance and stop using all beauty products altogether.
Viewing and purchasing from this website means you agree to abide by our Terms and Conditions.
Our website has been designed to give you the option to sign up for an account to enable you to place orders with ease and track their progress. 
We are not able to change your order or alter your order with Shopify. Contact us if you have done something wrong, we will advise you on the fix.
We do not see, store or use any payment information. We do not use any of your personal details for any purpose other than to dispatch your order.

This site is owned and operated by NSI Australia.
All content included on our site, such as photographs, illustrations, text and any other content is owned by us. All content is protected by Australian and International copyright laws.

When placing an order, it is understood that you agree and abide by the Terms and Conditions of this website.
Products will only be dispatched once they have been fully paid for. Although we use our reasonable best efforts to ensure the accuracy of the content of our site, we make no representations or warranties as to the accuracy, correctness or reliability of the content. Minor variations will occur from time to time and actual product may vary slightly from depicted pictures and photos on the website - colors & pixels depends on screen quality. Select carefully for the freight methods of your order, as once a payment has been completed, the order cannot be changed, altered, canceled or refunded.
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the product descriptions and prices are correct at the time of being published, some products on the website are unfortunately no longer available as illustrated. We reserve the right to alter product and nail kit specifications without prior notice. Prices and products availability are subject to change without notice. Specials and promotions may be limited to stock on hand.

Colour / Image / Description Disclaimer

Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, colours may appear different on different monitors. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and colours reproduction on the Internet is not precise and very difficult to adjust. Since it is not possible to guarantee our online colours will look the same on all computers, we do not guarantee that what you see, accurately portrays the colour of the actual product in the reality. We do our very best to make sure our colours are as close to the exact product as possible, but cannot guarantee that what you see displayed online is the exact colour in the reality for this particular product. Please also note that colours may also be varying from their formulations and ingredients from the raw materials. Colours may vary within shipments and newly arrived stocks.
Despite every effort to provide accurate images and descriptions of each product and their colours images, note that the actual colours, images and descriptions may vary slightly.
There are many reasons for that: differences in screen settings, slight differences in product finishes, differences in lighting, different shipments over time and other factors like the manufacturing process with different materials & raw ingredients, slightly different dyes for colours, different technologies to manufacture the actual products and different technologies to photography the products.
Please note that Description of products, Images & colours shown are as indicative only and may differ from your interpretation and also may differ from the actual product.

Shipping - POSTAGE - Delivery Policy - General conditions:

All goods are shipped from Gold-Coast, Queensland.
We ship orders only on weekdays.

NSI Australia ships goods Australia wide only.

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. We are usually able to dispatch all orders that contain in-stock items only on the same day if the order is placed before 11am.

For the deliveries of parcels, ARAMEX (ex. FASTWAY Couriers) or Australia Post are used. We have no control on their time frames nor of their business for your deliveries. We are not responsible for their services. For any issue with the Delivery of your parcel you must contact directly the Courier by your linked Tracking Number available at all time on your order. This is the reason why your details with Email Address and Phone Number must be provided and valid, just simply to be contacted at all time.

Shipping times by the Couriers ARAMEX (ex. FASTWAY Couriers) and AUSTRALIA POST are estimated at between 4-6 working days, depending of your location ; some remote locations may take up to 6-10 working days. Expect more delays during the holidays periods.

Again, for all deliveries of parcels by ARAMEX (ex. FASTWAY Couriers) or Australia Post. We have no control on their time frames nor of their business for your deliveries. They are third parties businesses. 

They are your best contacts for more info onto your Parcels for delivery.

NSI Australia cannot be responsible for loss or stolen goods due to incorrect address or incorrectly signed parcels.

We cannot be held responsible for delays, non delivery or damaged goods caused by the delivering company. For any issue with the Delivery of your parcel you must contact directly the Couriers: ARAMEX (ex.FASTWAY Couriers) or AUSTRALIA POST.

We do not deliver by COD.

ATL / Authority To Leave freight without signature

IF you have put a message into the Notes on your order requesting the Couriers to leave the Parcel at your address without signature, or selected a Postage option without Signature, then consider this ATL "Authority To Leave freight without signature" as a legal document for the freight company, meaning: you have given authority and given your consent for the Courier Contractor Company to leave your freight/ Parcels at your address without a signature.

NSI Australia is NOT taking any responsibility for any claim for Loss or Damaged Freight/Parcels. Please contact directly ARAMEX (ex. FASTWAY Couriers) or Australia Post to lodge a claim with your Tracking Number.

Some Couriers are using the Parcel Connect or Collect services and will leave your parcel at the nearest Parcel Connect /Collect in your area for you to collect it there, if they couldn't be successful with the delivery at your address. By checking regularly with the link of your Tracking Number from your orders you will directly access all these information, their updates and check the location and moves for your parcels. Contact the couriers directly for more information. They are your best contacts for more info & updates onto your Parcels for delivery.

NSI Australia takes care to ensure all items are checked, packed safely and securely for their journey to you.

All our electronic items, eg. Lamps, Drills, Dust Collectors, etc... are tested & checked prior to be dispatched and sent.



* Items are generally sent on business days after payment is received.
* The most appropriate method of postage will be used, depending of size, contents and destination for your parcels. If the courier selected by you is not  directly servicing your area or if the time frame for delivery for your area is judged too long, we reserve the rights to change the delivery method if we are judging it necessary. We will always use the delivery option that will work the best for your parcel.
* When your parcels are dispatched and sent by Australia Post or ARAMEX (ex.Fastway Couriers) - their delivery times applies. Please note that we have no control on their delivery timings - they are third parties businesses.  They are your best contacts for more info onto your Parcels for delivery.



Order Pick up is available ONLY for orders online from our warehouse on the Gold Coast (2/14 Ereton Drive, Arundel QLD 4214). Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm.

Simply submit your order online and at Check Out choose "Pick up". This allows you to come and collect your goods from a Window Pick up at our warehouse.

WINDOW PICK UP is available Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm.

Privacy Notice
NSI Australia is committed to protecting your privacy.
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
NSI Australia takes care to ensure all items are checked, tested and packed safely and securely for their journey to you.
In the unlikely event of your goods being faulty we will decide to either replace these goods, or organize a refund.
The faulty or damaged goods must be returned to us for proof and claim. Goods must not have been used and must be returned in their original packaging.

Faulty or damaged goods must be reported to NSI Australia by Email and stating the problems encountered within 48 hours after delivery. Customers are required to inform us by email prior to returning any goods.

You must inspect the products and notify us of any defects in the products or if the products were not the ones you have ordered no later than 48 hours after delivery. You must provide us with Invoice/Order number for us to investigate with detailed reasons for return. Product must NOT have been used. Product must be returned ASAP in its original packaging.
No returns are accepted without an Authorization first from us.
Where we have confirmed a defect or a problem in writing, we may in our sole discretion repair or replace the Products or provide you with a refund.
Our liability will be limited to resupplying you the Products or reimbursing you the Product Price - postage cannot be reimbursed.
We will not be liable for any further damages for loss of profit, loss of contracts or other loss suffered by you, arising from or out of the products.

We don't accept Refunds when we are considering that unreasonable excuses are explored eg.:
- change of mind,
- don't like or don't need the products anymore,
- ordered products that are not suitable for the needs,

- misuse or no knowledge of how to use the products properly,
- or if you have opened and/or used the products.

Please note that we are not able to take back any product that have no protection seal, have been opened, or have been used  as for the risks of contamination reasons and Health & Safety Regulations.

Please note, all clearance items are non-refundable, and all clearance items are non-exchangeable.

Brushes are not refundable as they are sold new & checked. Their use or misuse is entirely your responsibility.
📌The use of a brush is purely and entirely your own responsibility. The brush is NEW, intact and in perfect new condition. All that is done with the brush by you is your responsibility. We will not deal with any issue or misuse of the sold brush. No Refund, No Exchange. No exception.📌

Important info: Most of the nail products sold in this store can't be returned or exchanged due to Health and Safety Regulations, we cannot take any exception.
