Our website has been designed to give you the option to sign up for an account to enable you to place orders with ease and track their progress.
We are not able to change your order or alter your order with Shopify. Contact us if you have done something wrong, we will advise you on the fix.

Minor variations will occur from time to time and actual product may vary slightly from depicted pictures and photos on the website - colors & pixels depends on screen quality. Select carefully for the freight methods of your order, as once a payment has been completed, the order cannot be changed, altered, canceled or refunded.

Portable and Battery Items
All Portable and Battery operated items and equipment must be charged and used by their correct and matching provided chargers and plugs.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
NSI Australia takes care to ensure all items are checked, tested and packed safely and securely for their journey to you.
In the unlikely event of your goods being faulty we will decide to either replace these goods, or organize a refund.
The faulty or damaged goods must be returned to us for proof and claim. Goods must not have been used and must be returned in their original packaging.
Faulty or damaged goods must be reported to NSI Australia by Email and stating the problems encountered within 48 hours after delivery. Customers are required to inform us by email prior to returning any goods.
